Special Tariff Vouchers - Additional Instructions
Voice
Subscribers are allowed to recharge STVs/combo vouchers of MRP Rs.49 and above during GP-I & GP-II period and make themselves in active status under base plan with validity of the recharged STVs/Combo vouchers for all plans of retail customers.
The validity of STV will end at 23:59 hrs of last day irrespective of time of recharge of 1st day (i.e) calendar day validity.
After the use of freebies applicable for specific STV/PVs, voice/data will be charged as per base plan tariff.
NO Concessional Tariff for STV on BLACK OUT Days Viz HOLY,DIWALI, NEW YEAR.
Data Charges after Freebies is 25paise/MB.
The Activation of the STV can be done through C-Top-Up, SelfCare App and Web Portal.
TThe voice benefits under this voucher cannot be used for outgoing calls to premium numbers, IN numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same. This voucher is intended only for personal use of included services.
The SMS benefits under this voucher cannot be used for outgoing SMS to premium numbers, IN numbers, international numbers and other chargeable short codes the subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same.
The voucher is intended only for personal use of included services. BSNL reserves the right to disconnect service immediately in case of misuse/fraudulent use/unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.

*** If the first SMS of the day is ISD SMS ,then the second SMS will be charged as 50Ps and from 3rd SMS onwards as per STV (Free SMS)
*** If the first two SMS of the day are ISD SMS , from third SMS onwards as per STV( free SMS)
*** The first two SMS of the day will be charged 50ps/SMS even in roaming
*** Even if the customer has SMS freebies or any other SMS STV along with any one of the combo STV, first two SMS will be charged @ 50ps / SMS . then from freebies / SMSSTV
*** During blackout day also first two SMS will be charged @ 50ps/SMS and from third SMS onwards charges are as per PLAN ( FREEBIES/STV not allowed during Blackout)
