FTTH Partner Registration Form

BSNL offers a unique opportunity to individual/ firms interested in partnering with BSNL for providing FTTH ( Fibre To The Home) and other services in the existing and upcoming residential/commercial complexes and all other parts of rural and urban areas on revenue sharing basis.
 The Channel Partner's role involves acquiring and serving customers for BSNL’s FTTH and other services. This includes building or extending the last mile connectivity for provisioning of FTTH Services, operating and maintaining BSNL FTTH Network and its customers apart from installing OLTE, etc. at his own cost. Customer premises equipment like modem/ONT/router etc. also needs to be provided direct to customer at reasonable/approved price.
 Channel Partners can opt for attractive Revenue Sharing model.

1) After filling the above form, it should be submitted to the concerned DGM(S&M) by Whatsapp.
2) Mere filling of the form does not confer any right on the applicant for being selected as partner of BSNL.
3) On filling the form the applicant may expect call back from BSNL within two working days. If not, kindly call the concerned DGM.
4) One applicant may apply for a maximum of 50 areas, spread across 5 District/ SSA max.
5) For more than one District/ SSA, separate application (one per District/ SSA) are needed.
