Terms and Conditions:
A) “Subscribers are allowed to recharge STVs/combo vouchers of MRP Rs.49 and above during GP-I & GP-II period and make themselves in active status under base plan with validity of the recharged STVs/Combo vouchers for all plans of retail customers”.
B) “The subscriber has to recharge with Plan voucher after every “plan/recharge validity” period or any applicable recharge to avail the benefits under this tariff plan. In case of recharge with applicable STV/Combo voucher, the validity of tariffs plan will be extended corresponding to validity of that STV/Combo voucher. In case of non-recharge with plan voucher or any applicable recharge at the end of validity period, BSNL reserves the right to provide the plan benefits in a curtailed manner during the grace period with GP-I of 7 days and GP-II of 165days. In case this recharge condition is not met, post the grace period, the services will be suspended.”
C) The Voice/SMS benefits under the plan voucher cannot be used for outgoing calls/SMS to premium numbers, IN numbers, International numbers and other chargeable short codes, subscriber will be charged applicable tariffs for the same.  The vouchers are intended only for personal use of included services. BSNL reserves the right to disconnect service immediately in case of misuse/fraudulent use/unauthorized telemarketing and commercial use. Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.
D) Unutilized free benefits will be forfeited at the expiry of current recharge of the plan.
E)  Allowing the main validity extension of active/GP-I/GP-II customers by the recharge of STVs/Combo /Plan vouchers of MRP equal to or more than Rs.49. (ii) Top-up Recharge facility extended to GP-II customers of all plans under GSM prepaid mobile services is withdrawn w.e.f.30.8.2020 .
F) Free Call Forwarding Facility with GSM Prepaid Mobile services to LL/Other BSNL mobile number/other operator's mobile number (i.e. Without any activation fee for the call forwarding facility) with call charges applicable as per plan.For example, a customer in unlimited free voice plan or with unlimited free voice STV, the charging of the outgoing call is zero, similarly the call forwarding to another number is also treated as outgoing call and charged as zero.
G)Activations of vouchers through self care Keyword does not provide VAS Service  viz.,  PRBT, EROSNOW,LOKHDHUN.
H.Customers of the withdrawn plans will be allowed to continue in their respective plan till its existing validity.
I} GP-II and beyond GP-II customers have to do a minimum recharge of Rs.107 in order to return to active state w.e.f  01.07.2022
Auto Validity Extension
For Active Plans : The automatic validity extension facility  for customers having balance more than or equal to “Plan voucher” amount, Plan voucher amount will be deducted on the first day of GP-I and the customer will be reverted back to active in the same active plan with applicable freebies, without PRBT facility.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         The automatic validity extension facility  for customers having balance less than  “Plan voucher” amount, Rs.2 will be deducted from main balance on the second day of GP-I and the connection will be reverted in active state for 1 day in the same active plan without any freebies.
For Closed Plans: (a) For customers of the closed plans having balance more than Plan voucher amount of “Corporate per minute” plan - The Plan voucher amount will be deducted on the first day of   GP-1 and the customer will be reverted back to active state in “Corporate Per minute” plan, without PRBT. (b) For customers of the closed plans having balance, Rs.2/- or more but less than plan voucher amount of “Corporate per minute “plan - Rs.2 will be deducted from main balance on the second  day of GP-I and the connection will be reverted in active state for 1 day in the “Corporate Per Minute” plan without any freebies.
